Oversee assistant coaches for preTeam, compulsory and optional teams. Train and review skill sets of assistant coaches for our girls team program. Conduct meetings and clinics to ensure quality of assistant team coaches. Assess athletes for entry to team programs Hold parent meetings to reinforce policies and high accountability as well as level of ethics within participants and their family. Schedule the calendar for the season based on what is best for the kids to compete. Required skills: Able to train and spot proficiently at all levels. Understand child psychology and individual needs for children to grow as healthy individuals mentally first and then physically. Establish a high standard of accountability within team program and athletes. Be an "A" player and and team player mentality.
