DWTS Leader board top is Hills star Audrina Patridge and Tony; pro Maks slap-happy

Top of the leader board this third week of competition on "Dancing With The Stars" is Hills star Audrina Patridge and pro dancer Tony Dovolani. Last week Tony waxed his legs because he bet they would get three 8's but Bruno scored them a 7 - and this week they showed the tape. I guess he shaves his chest and doesn't wax it?
Seems like the judges are underscoring Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough. She did have a small noticeable mistake on a turn move, but it was a great dance routine with tons of hard choreography - excellent choreography by Derek Hough.
Pro dancer Maks Chmerkovskiy goes slap-happy with Brandy...guessing he doesn't do that in his dance studios he has in New York with his brother...Brandy gave him the o.k. to teach "tough" the way he wants. Len gave Maks a good lecture on his bullying coaching style - Maks was supposed to play the bodyguard in their dance routine (as the theme for this week was "stories"), but Maks was not protecting, in the intro video they showed Maks spanking Brandy's butt a couple of times and slapping her hand. Crazy! After their dance, Judge Carrie Ann coaxed Maks up the steps to the judges table and told him to turn around, but he walked away right then. Maks defends that's the way he learned and it works, and that the end result matters not the method. Kiss on the cheek for Maks by Brandy at the scoring area...three 8's for them.
Lots of energy and passion again from Disney star Kyle Massey, dancing with Lacey Schwimmer. They make a good pair. Kyle was laughing and smiling even as Len was remarking that his footwork was 'atrocious'. It was a fun and entertaining dance performance.
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Karina Smirnoff - trying hard to get the steps.
Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas - lower score than last week, but they plan to work hard to improve for next week if they get voted through
Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya - improving, playing tea party with his two youngest girls!
Rick Fox and Cheryl Burke - Cheryl tells Rick a few minutes before their dance performance her plan to unbotton his shirt at the top of their routine, he goes with it
Florence Henderson and Corky Ballas - kiss on the lips at the end of the dance routine
Margaret Cho and Louis van Amstel - rainbow flag dress, supporting gay pride. Good beginning dance, but then lost the timing in her steps.
Today on DWTS, the elimination show, singer Michael Bolton is back to sing!
