Captain Castro (in sunglasses) is the Executive Officer of the 7th Special Forces Airborne Green Berets and is totally blind. He is a Board Member of the Blind Judo Foundation and currently preparing to run the Washington DC US Army 10 Miler. The sighted person is a colleague, Lt. Colonial Fred Dummar who will act as a guide for the full 10 miles which was held in September 2009.
