Kenneth Chern, MD, MBA Elected to Blind Judo Foundation Board
On June 25, 2010 the Blind Judo Foundation Board elected Kenneth Chern, MD, MBA an Ophthalmologist to the Board of Directors and who is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Chern received his MD Degree from Northwestern University Medical School in 1992 and his MBA from the Graduate School of Management at Boston University with Concentration in Entrepreneurship. The Blind Judo Foundation has submitted Dr. Chern's credentials to the USOC as a candidate to become a "Classifier." A Classifier certifies different levels of visual acuity for those that compete in the Paralympics who are blind or visually impaired. Welcome Dr. Chern!
