CRS Gymnastics is a recreational gymnastics program open to girls ages 5-17 in the Stanford community and surrounding areas. The program is run by Stanford Women’s Gymnastics Assistant Coach Chris Swircek.
The program is designed for novice to intermediate level gymnasts. Our groups are based on ability and then by age so that each child can maximize the development of their gymnastics skill-set.
Classes are held in the Ford Center Gym on the campus of Stanford University. The 14,000 square foot facility is the home of the Stanford Women’s Gymnastics Team. The gym is equipped with a regulation Floor, 4 Uneven Bar stations, 5 Beam stations and 2 vaulting stations. In addition there is an in-ground trampoline and in-ground 50 ft Tumble Trak.
