Perfect 10's, but Brandy & Maksim Chmerkovskiy out DWTS week 9

In the order of the judges scores, host Tom Bergeron announces who is safe and will move on to compete in the "Dancing With The Stars" finals next week, and who will be going on Jimmy Kimmel Live Tuesday night. Perfect score 60/60 for Grey and Derek Hough - "vibrant sexy chachacha" and "fabulous" dances - they are safe. They have been #1 on the leaderboard many times with very high choreograpgy, technique, and dance quality. Next, moving up to 2nd place of the leaderboard with 58/60, Kyle Massey & Lacey Schwimmer are safe - critics who thought like the other Disney stars Kyle would be out soon, or that he wasn't in shape enough to dance technique and perform were proven wrong - they are going to the finals...and won it with great dancing and performances - dubbed "Mr. Charisma" by Judge Bruno, Kyle knows how to perform. The "bottom 2" - not necessarily the bottom 2 in the overall score coupled with iewer votes - came down to Brandy & Maksim Chmerkovskiy (who scored 57/60, scoring in the top of the leaderboard many times) and Bristol Palin & Mark Ballas (who scored 53/60, scoring in the bottom of the leaderboard many times). A shock to the audience, the judges, and clearly by Derek who was with jaw dropped - Brandy & Maks are voted out and won't compete in the finals, Bristol & Mark are saved from their low judges scores by the fans who voted them into the DWTS finals. Bruno said he wanted to see Brandy's and Maks' free dance and asked them to dance it when they come back for the show next week, when all the season 11 competitors dance again. Brandy conceded to Jimmy Kimmel that it was an "outrage"....Rumor is that the producers of DWTS are considering changing the voting procedures because of the unexpected results of this season. Perhaps Bristol & Mark weren't even the bottom two this week of competition the way the votes are counted. Bristol account her wins with Mark to her improving so much from the first week and progressing each week, and also that she is not fake, but a real person who others relate to.
