It's kind of related to gymnastics and what we do in gymnastics - you know how we do cartwheels on both sides - right/left - we always say it's good for the brain b/c it works it, and you build neurons, brain pathways, on both sides, etc. Like writing with both hands. :D
THE Right Brain vs Left Brain test ... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?

The dancer goes faster in Mozilla Firefox than Internet Explorer (way faster on my computer!).
