California men's tennis sophomore Nick Andrews defeated junior teammate Zach Gilbert in the singles back-draw final of the 2009 Battle of the Bay Classic Sunday, Nov. 1, at the California Club. The second-year Golden Bear fought it out for a 7-5 win in the first set before being taken to a tiebreaker in the second set.
