The California women's tennis team enjoyed success to the tune of 17 victories on its first day of tournament competition at the Cal Nike Invitational at Hellman Tennis Complex and the Channing Tennis Courts. The Golden Bears pushed six players into Saturday (Oct. 3) singles quarterfinal matches--three in the Gold Flight and three in the Blue Flight.
