Satoshi Iwabuchi and Takao Suzuki of Japan won their doubles match Saturday to complete a 3-0 sweep of China in Davis Cup play. Iwabuchi and Suzuki beat China's Zhang Ze and Zeng Shaoxuan 6-2, 6-3, 6-2 as Japan advanced to the third round of the regional playoff.
