The No. 23-ranked California men's tennis team (3-4) found itself on the short end of a 6-1 tennis match at the Los Angeles Tennis Center as the Golden Bears fell to No. 7 UCLA (7-3). Cal freshman Thai Tu put the Bears on the board with his three-set victory over Amit Inbar on the sixth singles court. The loss will not count towards Pac-10 standings as the first of two meetings between Cal and UCLA. The Bruins will play in Berkeley on Saturday, March 28.
