Kohlschreiber withdraws from BMW Open (AP) Defending champion Philipp Kohlschreiber withdrew from the BMW Open because of illness shortly before his opening match Tuesday. Kohlschreiber, seeded third, dropped out with the flu, tournament director Patrik Kuehnen said.
