David Beckham and Andy Murray will have to wait a while longer for a possible knighthood. Both sports stars were left off Queen Elizabeth II's New Year's honors list, a surprise to some who had expected them to be knighted. Murray became the first British man since 1936 to win Wimbledon in July, while Beckham ended his illustrious 20-year soccer career in May.
