Golden Bears Take 7-0 Win Over Visiting Quakers
The No. 36 California men's tennis team (6-5) got its first 7-0 sweep of the season against visiting Penn (7-5) today at the Hellman Tennis Complex. The Golden Bears won all three doubles matches to open the day and didn't lose a set in singles play to complete the first 7-0 sweep of an opponent since March 10, 2007 when they defeated Stanford at home. Today's victory also marks the first time the Bears have won all nine of their matches in a single dual since April 1, 2006 against Oregon.
