Defending ABN Amro champ Youzhny ousted (AP) Defending champion Mikhail Youzhny was ousted by Janko Tipsarevic of Serbia 7-6 (3) 6-4 in the opening round of the ABN Amro on Monday. Youzhny blew a 4-2 lead, losing his serve twice and converted one of eight break point chances.
