Almagro easily reaches Brazil Open final (AP) Two-time champion Nicolas Almagro of Spain defeated Fabio Fognini of Italy 6-1, 6-1 Saturday to reach the Brazil Open final. Almargo, seeded second, advanced to Sunday's title match against the winner of the other semifinal between top-seeded Carlos Moya of Spain and Nicolas Lapentti of Ecuador.
