Fish rallies to win at Delray Beach (AP) Eighth-seeded Mardy Fish rallied to beat Ivan Navarro of Spain 2-6, 7-5, 6-3 on Thursday in the second round at the Delray Beach International. Fish was broken twice by the 128th-ranked Navarro in the first set. He took an early lead in the second set, but Navarro pulled even at 5-all.
