Cheer and Dance school, specializing in training people, ages 2-adult, in cheerleading, dance, and tumbling fundamentals. There are competitive teams as well as recreational classes. Our facility also houses, Triple Threat Musical Theatre Group. In addition Boot Camp physical fitness classes are offered by Fired Up Boots Camps. We are located inside Alexander's Athletic Club, a full service gym, providing weight training, personal training, aerobics, and spinning services. In addition there is a physical therapy business and a beauty salon.
