Play ping pong to reduce the risk of getting alzheimer's
Playing ping pong can help prevent alzheimer's was a segment on Dr. Oz's tv show today, the spin off from his segments on the Oprah Winfrey Show. Why? Ping Pong improves cognitive and motor functions, improves body shape and memory. You have to anticipate where the ball is going to go and there's hand-eye coordination. If you don't like ping pong, do a crossword puzzle, or something challenging and fun - goes along with the saying if you don't use it, you lose it.
