Ireland edged Italy 16-9 in a Six Nations style contest at the Olympic Stadium on Sunday, guaranteeing Ireland's quarterfinal qualification. It sets up a finale against France to decide who will top Pool D, and therefore avoid facing world champions New Zealand. Jonny Sexton kicked 11 points while Keith Earls scored a first half try.
