That's actually what I thought happened at first, but as you can see in the replays, the poor guy was so padded because of the weather that just by reaching his arm out to attempt to catch the ball, he lost his footing.br /br /Actually something similar happened to Schalk Burger a few years ago in a Test match, when he was retrieving a ball that had gone into touch and slipped on the small section between the grass and the advertising hoardings. This seems to be what happened here.br /br /Luckily for Schalk, he didn't have the weight of a massive tv production camera bearing down on him.
