In the past players such as Tony Underwood, Derek Quinnell, Rob Howley, and Neil Back have all been selected in that role. As we all know, they all went on to achieve higher honours.br /br /For Bourke, who was a talisman for his Bay Of Plenty side in this years ITM Cup, it’s a great piece of recognition as the Kiwi’s talent has been there for all to see this season.
