We are proud to announce that Alex King, a Judoka (Judo athlete) and outstanding Independent Film Maker has won the Rising Star Award at the 2012 Canada Film Festival for his Documentary called 'Born To Be Our Children: Romanian Adoption Stores.' Alex is a student at Cahill's Judo Academy and produces films for the Blind Judo Foundation helping to bring visibility and support for introducing and training blind and visually impaired individuals in the sport of Judo.
