The No. 2-ranked California men's crew returns to Redwood Shores this week for the regular season finale against No. 13 Stanford in the Big Row on Saturday, May 1. The Golden Bears and the Cardinal will be competing for the Schwabacher Cup, which is awarded to the winner of the annual varsity 8+ race. Cal was victorious last year after Stanford snapped a 17-year losing streak in 2008. Races begin at 9 a.m. Saturday morning.
