California rowers Lou Kinder and Shay Seager were invited to USRowing's 2009 Women's National Team Pre-Elite Camp this summer, the organization announced on Friday. The camp, whose dates have yet to be announced, will be held at Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind. Kinder, a senior co-captain, and Seager, a junior, are currently preparing to compete in the NCAA Women's Rowing Championships at Cooper River Park in Cherry Hill, N.J. Kinder is a member of Cal's varsity 8+, which is ranked No. 2 in the nation. Seager rows on the Bears' second varsity 8+. More...
