Top-Seeded Cal Plays Davidson in NorPac Semifinal on Friday The California field hockey team (11-5, 5-1 NorPac) will look to defend its 2006 NorPac tournament title when it plays in the 2007 NorPac Championship this week in Stanford, Calif. Cal will play at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, in a semifinal game against No. 4 seed Davidson College. If Cal repeats as the NorPac tournament champion, it would host an NCAA Tournament play-in game against the Northeast Conference Tournament champion on Nov. 6 in Berkeley.
