Roger Penske, owner of Team Penske's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series two-car team with Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano, does not plan to add a third car at the premier series level. Penske reportedly made the comment Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway. "We don't have the sponsorship to do a third full-time team, and he's under contract with Roush Fenway Racing.
