Brett Moffitt is scheduled to make his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series debut this weekend at Dover International Speedway, driving the No. 66 Toyota for Jay Robinson Racing. The 21-year-old native of Grimes, Iowa, has made three starts in NASCAR national series.
