Parker Kligerman burst into the Daytona media room, arms outstretched and unleashed a ''Woo hoo!'' One day after flipping his car for the first time in his career, the 23-year-old Kligerman had reason to flip out - he was racing in the Daytona 500. Kligerman had to sweat out his spot Thursday night after failing to earn a berth on speed in the first qualifying race, and watched the second race in his motorhome.
