Justin Wilson will return to Dale Coyne Racing for the 2014 IndyCar season. It wasn't clear if Wilson would be back after the team let longtime engineer Bill Pappas leave during the offseason to join Graham Rahal's team. Coyne held an option on Wilson for the upcoming season, and the driver confirmed Wednesday that he will be back.
