mandm: I saw your gym on tv when they were video taping Chellsie Memmel - good gym to workout at! I use tape...two strips on each hand under the grip, and a little on the sides to avoid side ripping from the grips moving/friction. It's not a waste...you can reuse the strips several times before they are worn out and you need to make a new one, and plus you use more band-aids and time if you[ Read More... ]
