There's discussion on the youtube page if it's a real video or made on computer, but if you slo-mo through it, it does look real, and she is going through the rim. The girl hits her head on the rim while going through the hoop, and she grabs her head afterwards, in pain. The guys celebrating on the acrobatics throw should pay attention!
