you could tape your grip holes! it's kind of like sewing - go in and out of the holes with the tape - sticky side on the grips, wrap tape around one side of the grips finger hole, one side at a time, making them smaller. if you use the regular standard size tape roll, split it in half the long way so that it is thinner and works better. so, if the grip hole for your ring finger is too big for you, you could wrap that side of the hole with the tape, or if both the holes are too big for you, you could wrap both the middle side of the grip holes (i.e. the side that both of the holes share) as well as the 2 other sides of the grip holes too!

Me too! Taping your grips holes works good. :D You have to be careful about your grips not coming off your fingers during your routine and make sure they have a good fit. One girl had one of her grips come off from her fingers during competition, and my coach stopped her routine, because you could get grips lock, get stuck on the bar, or something like that, dangerous. I think she said she forget her rubber bands on her grips or something, or taping her fingers to have the grip holes fit; she didn't do the taping your grips way. On this video posted here at http://www.gymchat.com/messageboards/viewtopic.php?p=3134#3134 Vanessa Ferrari's tape grips come off during her bars routine at team finals at Worlds. It is good to use new tape each time for around your wrist, and you can re-use the tape grips part a few times (depending on how long you practice). Also, wrist guards over the tape on your wrists holding the tape grips work really good for keeping them in place!
