Which abs muscles in the 8 pack is the hardest to get?
I say the bottom lower 2 pack to show is the hardest. The top and middle packs are the easiest. What do you think?

I say the lower abs too - maybe that's why it takes a while to get good leg lifts all the way to the bar, and also the ones where you start at horizontal from the low bar, and then lift your legs to touch the bar.

the leg lifts that start horizontal on the low bar to touch the high bar are a lot harder than on the high bar! I say the lower pack one too. maybe it's because you're thinner at the top abs packs, so they're easier to get.

The bottom 2 are the hardest to get to show - the top ones are easier because you're thinner there. For the leg lifts and getting your legs all the way up to the bar, it's easier as you're more flexible. Here are abs to go for: Carly Patterson and Hollie Vise when they are kids - check the video at 2:36 for that picture in the montage video: Hollie Vise and Carly Patterson
