it's an adaptation of Dan Millman's book "Way of the Peaceful Warrior"; about an arrogant talented gymnast who has a shot at the Olympics for men's gymnastics, his life goes through changes, and he goes through a journey of discovery in his thoughts with someone he names Socrates who seems to move with no regard to space and time, and discovers "a whole new ideology--one that values consciousness over intelligence, strength in spirit over strength in body. But in order to succeed, Dan must somehow let go of all of his expectations--and simply live in the now. "
