At the 2007 Visa Championships held in August in San Jose, CA, Sacramone earned a gold medal on the vault and bronze medals on the floor exercise and beam. In 2005 and 2006, she was the U.S. National champion on vault and floor exercise, and at the 2005 World Championships, Sacramone won the floor exercise title and finished third in the vault.
