Aqib Talib returned to the Denver Broncos' headquarters on Wednesday so team doctors could evaluate his gunshot wound after a bullet pierced his right thigh and calf last weekend. Coach Gary Kubiak said he spoke briefly with Talib before the medical staff checked him out and charted a course of recovery for the Pro Bowl cornerback, who is due $8.5 million in base salary next season. Kubiak said Talib, who was forced to miss the Super Bowl champs' visit to the White House on Monday, will have to stay in Denver to rehab at the Broncos' facilities when the rest of his teammates scatter for summer vacation next week.
