The Minnesota Vikings can pick up the keys to their new home six weeks early. The city of Minneapolis issued Friday the certificate of occupancy for U.S. Bank Stadium to the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority, a month-and-a-half before the project agreement date. The MSFA, the public agency overseeing the $1.1 billion venue, will be able to move in ahead of schedule and give the Vikings and other stakeholders time to get settled before the gates open for good.
