Police say Houston Texans wide receiver Jaelen Strong has been arrested for marijuana possession in the Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale. A Scottsdale police spokesman say the former Arizona State standout was taken into custody late Sunday and booked into the Scottsdale City Jail.
