Geno Smith is uncertain what the NFL draft might bring, but the third-year quarterback believes the New York Jets are still ''my team.'' The Jets hold the No. 6 pick Thursday night and have been mentioned among several teams that could be in the running for Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota. While new general manager Mike Maccagnan has addressed several of the team's needs in free agency, some still consider the quarterback position a glaring weak spot. Smith says Wednesday before the second practice of voluntary minicamp that he never listens to ''the outside noise.'' And, there has been plenty of it.
