Two-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning believes current work rules that force him to work out with his receivers away from the New York Giants' training facilities are absurd. Speaking Monday as the team started voluntary offseason workouts, Manning said the collective bargaining agreement makes it difficult for him to work out with teammates without violating league rules.
