A man who sued Aaron Hernandez over being shot in the face in Florida has taken the stand in the former New England Patriots player's murder trial. Bradley said Wednesday, outside the presence of the jury, that Hernandez often said helicopters and police were following him, but the judge ruled that Bradley could not testify about that.
