Two people familiar with the decision say the Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to a three-year contract with running back Ryan Mathews. Both sources spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity on Wednesday because the deal is pending Mathews having a physical. The Eagles were looking for a running back after trading two-time All-Pro LeSean McCoy to Buffalo last week. They had agreed to a deal with Frank Gore before he changed his mind and signed with Indianapolis.
