Police in Washington have arrested Indianapolis Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson and charged him with assault after an argument over a parking space. A police report shows Jackson was arrested on the misdemeanor charge Tuesday. The report says a driver told police that Jackson punched him in the face and head during a dispute over a parking space.
