Owner Jimmy Haslam says the Browns are committed to finding a quarterback ''who can make us a championship team'' and that all options are open for next season's starter. Speaking before the Greater Cleveland Sports Awards on Thursday, Haslam said the Browns have not ruled out anything at quarterback for 2015. He said it's possible the team could re-sign Brian Hoyer, who started 13 games last season. Haslam added that quarterback Johnny Manziel needs to ''show on and off the field he can be a professional.'' Manziel started two games late in the season, but didn't play well, leaving doubt about his future.
