Scott Linehan is returning to the Dallas Cowboys along with coach Jason Garrett and will add the title of offensive coordinator after one season as Tony Romo's play-caller. The Cowboys announced the return of Linehan on Thursday while also confirming new contracts for Garrett and defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli, who led a significant improvement from the league's worst defense in 2013.
