Jacksonville Jaguars rookie Blake Bortles, the first quarterback taken in the NFL draft, has signed a four-year contract worth more than $20.6 million. The third overall selection, Bortles signed the fully guaranteed deal Wednesday before the second day of a mandatory, three-day minicamp. The Jaguars get a team option for a fifth year. With Bortles under contract, the Jaguars have two unsigned draft picks - second-round receivers Marqise Lee and Allen Robinson.
