The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed first-round draft pick Mike Evans. The 6-foot-5, 231-pound receiver from Texas A&M was the seventh overall pick in the draft and is expected to move into the starting lineup for an offense that ranked last in the NFL in yards gained last season.
