Sgt. Douglas Petersen said Tuesday that university police received a report of two individuals using bolt cutters to remove bikes from racks and loading the bikes into a pickup about 5 p.m. Monday. Lincoln police stopped the pickup near campus and arrested Banderas and Lucas Keifer. Banderas and Keifer are charged with possession of burglary tools and theft by unlawful taking. More...
