Notre Dame has officially accepted an invitation to the Pinstripe Bowl on Dec. 28. The Irish (8-4) will be making their fourth straight bowl appearance and will play an American Athletic Conference opponent. The Associated Press reported Friday that Notre Dame was headed to the game.
